What we collect when you use this website, why, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
Who we are
- This website is run by KAVUNORI, a studio that designs and builds websites, web applications and software.

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), the service, budget and launch date you choose, and your project details.
- Chat: your name, email and the messages you send. A cookie on this site remembers your conversation so you can continue it.
- Analytics (only if you allow it): pages viewed, how you arrived, device type and approximate country, through Google Analytics. It does not include your name, email or messages.
- Preferences stored on your own device (not sent to us): language, light or dark mode, the capybara pet, and your cookie choice.
How we use it
- To reply to you, discuss your project and send a proposal.
- To understand which pages help visitors and improve the website.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Vercel (website hosting) · Neon (database) · Cloudflare (images, email routing) · Resend (sending email) · Google (analytics, only with your consent).
- They process data only to provide these services to us.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and chats: kept for up to 2 years after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Analytics: kept by Google Analytics for 2 months.
Your rights
- Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time.
- Email panuwatkrit001@kavunori.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
Cookies & your choice
- Analytics cookies are off until you allow them. You can change your choice any time with the settings button at the bottom right of every page.
